COLORS and Endemol are on lookout for the next dynamic Bollywood celebrity host. Khiladi, Akshay Kumar and glamorous Priyanka Chopra hosted the host of the Indian version of reality show Fear Factor. Akshay was paid whopping sum of Rs 1.5 crore per episode and Priyanka Chopra received Rs. 50 lac per episode.

 The show made Akshay Kumar the highest paid television anchor. In the reality show, Bollywood actors participate and perform dare devil stunts.

As a host, Akshau Kumar was highly successful as his image was perfectly matched the series.  He hosted for Season 1 and Season 2.  Priyanka Chopra  did not fare well in Season 3. The TRPs did not rake greatly. The reason was Priyanka failed to establish herself as a great host, and girl contestants did not apparently go well with the audience.

The channel was eyeing on the original stunt king, Akshay Kumar on board. However, Akshay Kumar has signed contracts with Star Plus‘as a host for the popular shows Master Chef India .  This has prompted COLORS to look for a brand new host. Rumor has it that Ajay Devgn has been offered to host the next season of Fear Factor Season. Now we have watch whether Ajay Devgan will be the next big Bollywood celebrity to make it big on television.
